Arrange strip
The hover strip opens faster
The strip now waits 0.15 seconds on a taskbar button. Before, it waited 0.4 seconds. In Settings, LayoutKeeper, Hover delay can now go down to 0.05 seconds. If you never changed the delay, you get the new value by itself.
