Detailed log
What it is
The Detailed log is for finding bugs. It is off by default and costs nothing while off.
Turn it on from the palette ("Detailed log: Turn on/off"), from the tray menu, or in Settings → General.
What it records
While on, it records keys, the window in front, slow moments and WindowDeck steps. It writes them into %LOCALAPPDATA%\WinCraft\detailed\. The tray tooltip and a LOG tag in the palette show that it is on.
Commands
- Detailed log: Mark this moment notes when a bug happened.
- Save a report puts the logs into one folder.
- Delete the files removes them.
The files stay on your PC. They hold window titles and palette text.
