The palette is complete after an update
When you update with the palette command Update WinCraft, the palette opens again after the restart. It now opens only when its app list is ready, so Recent and suggested shows all its rows. It waits at most about 2 seconds.
A palette opened right after start fills itself in
If the app list is still loading, Recent and suggested adds the apps as soon as they are ready. It keeps the row you picked.
