  • Pointing at a tile shows that theme in the whole app
  • High contrast turns on by itself when Windows high contrast is on
  • A click on a stand-in card opens its window

Settings

Themes

Settings → General → Appearance now has theme tiles. Each tile has a small preview.

  • Classic is the look you know, unchanged. It stays the default.
  • Terminal uses a monospace font, square corners and tighter rows.
  • Paper uses serif fonts (Lora and Cormorant, now included in WinCraft) and thin lines.
  • High contrast is black or white with strong borders. WinCraft uses it by itself when Windows high contrast is on.

Rest the mouse on a tile, or move to it with the arrow keys. The whole app then shows that theme. Move away and it goes back. Click to choose.

The mode (System, Dark, Light) is now a separate control under the tiles. Your old choice is kept.

If an update fails and WinCraft goes back to an older version, that version cannot read the new theme setting. It then uses its defaults until you update again.
